What to expect

Exactly how the day goes

No surprises, no guessing. Here's the whole thing, start to finish, so you know what you're signing up for.

1

Before we arrive

We confirm your date, your address and where the trailer will sit. If your street is tight or your HOA has rules, tell us then — we'd rather solve it in advance than in your driveway.

2

The party itself

We pull up about 15 minutes before your start time and set up. Your window starts when the kids climb in — you get the full hour, two or four of actual play time.

3

When it wraps

The coach gives a 10-minute warning so nobody's yanked out mid-match, gets everyone out, packs down and pulls away. Your driveway looks like we were never there.

What we need from you

  • A flat, legal place to park — roughly the length of two parked cars
  • Enough clearance to open the door and get kids in and out safely
  • An adult on site for the whole party
  • A heads-up about steep driveways, gravel, low branches or HOA restrictions

We'll walk through all of this with you when we confirm your date.

What you don't need to do

  • Clear out your living room
  • Supply TVs, consoles, controllers or chairs
  • Entertain 12 kids yourself
  • Clean up after us

Food and cake are yours. Everything on wheels is ours.

Weather

The trailer is heated and air-conditioned, so a January birthday works the same as a July one. We roll in rain, snow and heat. If conditions are genuinely unsafe to tow, we'll call you and reschedule — you won't be charged for weather.

Games & ages

Built for ages 8 to 18. We match the game library to the ages in your group and stay in the E-through-T range by default. Want something specific — or specifically not allowed? Tell us in your booking notes and the coach sets it up that way.

How many kids

Twelve players can be on the screens at once across 6 stations. Bigger groups still work — the coach runs rotations and tournaments so everyone gets real play time instead of standing in line. Tell us your headcount and we'll plan the format.

Parents

You're welcome aboard any time, and plenty of parents do come look. You're also welcome to stay in the house and enjoy a suspiciously quiet afternoon. Either is normal.
